Rebecca Wallace has extensive business management experience in both the public and private sectors. Seven years ago Rebecca took a career change which resulted in her introduction into the recruitment industry. In a short space of time Rebecca held a senior management position for the world’s largest privately owned Recruitment Company. Rebecca is now the Managing Director of Launch Recruitment. She works an active desk in Executive Recruitment along with managing the strategic direction of the business.

When Rebecca founded Launch Recruitment, she was determined to create a strong, values-based company committed to Quality, Service, Results and Ethics.
