Rebecca Wallace – Managing Director

Rebecca Wallace has extensive business management experience in both the public and private sectors. Seven years ago Rebecca took a career change which resulted in her introduction into the recruitment industry. In a short space of time Rebecca held a senior management position for the world’s largest privately owned Recruitment Company. Rebecca is now the Managing Director of Launch Recruitment. She works an active desk in Executive Recruitment along with managing the strategic direction of the business.

When Rebecca founded Launch Recruitment, she was determined to create a strong, values-based company committed to Quality, Service, Results and Ethics. Her adherence to these four cornerstones has resulted in Rebecca bringing like-minded professionals to Launch Recruitment, thus developing the business into a premier boutique agency that continually ranks as one of Australia’s top five recruitment firms. The dedication of Rebecca and her colleagues has seen Launch Recruitment win accolades from both clients and peers.

Darryl Middleton – State Manager, Victoria

Darryl is in his 15th ‘recruitment year’, having entered the industry in London where he recruited IT & T staff predominantly for the investment banking industry in 1994. In 1997 Darryl was lured to Australia and was hired as the Business Unit Manager for the Sydney branch of IT&Manpower. In 2000 Darryl moved to Melbourne with Manpower as Regional Operations Manager, with responsibility for four offices in VIC, SA, WA and NT. Since that time Darryl has been the Managing Director of boutique recruitment firm Malcolm Press & Associates, and National Manager for Drake Personnel.

Darryl has worked across all aspects of the recruitment industry including Executive Search, Executive Contracting, Contingency recruitment as well as blue and white collar temporary staffing. Darryl has worked with many of Australia’s leading firms helping with talent acquisition issues across a broad range of industries and disciplines. Darryl has responsibility for the Victorian operation of Launch Recruitment and is eager to help companies of all sizes find and retain the best staff in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
