Launch Recruitment's Guarantee:

The management of Launch Recruitment is committed to ensuring that, so far as is practicable, all employees are safe from injury and risk to health while at work. Launch Recruitment recognises that the health, safety and welfare of Launch Recruitment employees is of primary importance and is ranked equally with all other operational considerations.

Launch Recruitment is not only committed to ensuring that all legislative requirements are met but to achieving a position of "best practice" in its occupational health, safety and welfare management.

Contractors Guarantee:

Contractors have a duty to take care to protect their own health and safety and to avoid adversely affecting the health and safety of any other person.

Contractors have a responsibility to:

• Carry out their roles and responsibilities with due diligence and in accordance to the health and safety policies and procedures as detailed in the Occupational Health & Safety manual (Please see OH & S manual)
• Report any incident or hazard at work to their on-site supervisor or consultant
• Obey all instructions aimed at protecting their health and safety while at work
• Use any equipment provided to protect their health and safety while at work
• Ensure that training is received for all equipment used prior to commencing work
• Ensure they are not affected by alcohol or another drug which may endanger their own, or any other persons’, health and safety
