What is the Launch Recruitment process?
- In-depth briefing to gain an understanding of your company culture, the position and candidate specification. We assist and consult in clarifying performance measures for the position if required.
- Preparation of an assignment specification containing relevant information, indicating a clear understanding of your requirements, timeframes and the cost.
- Writing and placement of advertisements in necessary media with the advertisement copy to be approved by you before insertion.
- Conduct comprehensive searches throughout Australia’s largest database of resumes.
- Initial screening of all applicants for the position, followed by in-depth competency based interviews with suitable candidates.
- Preparation of confidential reports and presentation of a shortlist.
- Complimentary psychological profile appraisals of all short listed candidates.
- Complimentary competency testing of all short listed candidates.
- Reference checking on preferred candidates.
- Arrangement of suitable interview times with preferred candidates to meet with client.
- Negotiation of offer with candidate/client and confirmation of start date.
- Conduct service review calls with the Client and the Candidate on the 1st day, within the 2nd week, on the 2nd month and again within the first 3 months to assess candidate performance.
