Launching Diversity

As a corporation, we support charities doing amazing work; Weave Youth & Community Services and Adopt Change. Weave provides a range of services to socially excluded young people, women, children and families in the heart of Sydney, and Adopt Change is a not-for-profit that embraces adoption as a positive way of forming a permanent, loving family.

Giving is an integral part of our business and we have generous budgets for our own sponsored charities, but also the causes that matter to you. We actively support marathon runners, Dry Julyers, The Movember Crew and Tea Party Holders. Whatever it is that makes you a giver, a doer or volunteer, we’ve got your back.

 

We also offer extended leave for Launchers to fulfil their vocational responsibilities, whether that means travelling to Africa to help build schools, or flexible times to work within communities closer to home. We believe success and happiness comes from helping others.
