Effective candidate care management begins with first contact and continues on beyond candidate’s contract end. The program ensures detailed care of every individual and access to the correct and up-to-date information 24/7. Launch uses a powerful online timesheet system, to capture and approve time worked by our candidates with our clients. They are then submitted electronically to the appropriate approving manager for payment. Timesheets are processed weekly, fortnightly and monthly depending on the requirements of our clients and candidates. This system provides our clients with the benefits of the automation of timesheet submission, approval, and routing.
Our accounting software package is seamlessly integrated with our online timesheet system and provides us with a flexible way to manage our accounting, inventory, and payroll. Amounts are imported to our accounting system from the online timesheet system in a matter of seconds. This linkage between them ensures that the finance team can process payments and invoice clients with speed and accuracy.
Invoices are generated from approved timesheets only and each resource is billed according to client requirements – this can be separately invoiced to our clients or by cost centre. Launch has the capability to bill in a variety of different manners, whether by cost centre, hiring manager and we have flexibility on when resources are billed (i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly).
Launch employs a specialised risk manager to ensure our clients and candidates are protected and abide by current Australian law.
